I first connected with Dr. Bill Duncan at a counterterrorism conference, where he shared valuable insights about PTSD. Just days later, I saw the impact of PTSD firsthand when a veteran was removed from his home due to violent behavior. After calling Dr. Duncan for advice, he immediately arranged for the veteran to experience a hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) session, which had a transformative effect from the very first treatment.
In 2012, my wife, brother, and I began volunteering at Dr. Duncan’s clinic. Over the next four years, we were inspired by the powerful stories of individuals finding balance and improved well-being through alternative therapies. This led us to open our own clinic, Hyperbaric Plus, in 2017, where we’ve had the privilege of helping many clients enhance their overall health and quality of life.
In 2020, we expanded our services to include hyperbaric air therapy (HBAT), a cutting-edge treatment that mimics the SCUBA diving experience. Unlike traditional hyperbaric treatments, HBAT doesn't require supplemental oxygen, making it a safer, non-invasive option for many individuals. It offers a broader range of benefits, supporting various aspects of wellness that traditional oxygen therapy can’t address.
At Hyperbaric Plus, we are committed to providing a holistic approach that incorporates innovative therapies designed to support a balanced, healthier life. We believe that the future of wellness lies in leveraging natural therapies and emerging technologies to support a wide range of health goals.

Sharon Conrady
Sharon Conrady is the Office Manager at Hyperbarics Plus. She is passionate about the potential of hyperbarics and the additional therapies being integrated to enhance the health and well-being of our clients.
Before joining the world of hyperbarics, Sharon and her husband, Paul, successfully operated Edmond Security, Inc. for 32 years. After selling the business to explore new opportunities, Sharon’s interest in hyperbarics began unexpectedly after a foot injury. Following the injury, which left her foot black and blue, she sought out hyperbaric therapy to accelerate her healing. The positive results inspired her to learn more about the many benefits of hyperbaric treatments, leading her to volunteer at a hyperbaric clinic.
As Sharon and her family became more involved with the clinic, her dedication to helping others improve their well-being grew.
Sharon and Paul have three children and three grandchildren, and they enjoy spending time with their family. Outside of work, Sharon is an NRA-certified instructor, a guardian for her adult autistic twins, and a strong advocate for empowering women with self-defense skills. In her free time, she enjoys organizing, crafting, sewing, playing board games, and fishing—especially when it involves her grandchildren.

Linden Kinder
As a dive operator at Hyperbaric+, I apply my deep-rooted experience in emergency medicine to guide clients through hyperbaric air therapy. I’m a combat veteran of Iraq (OIF) and Afghanistan (OEF), where I served 13 years as a combat medic in the Army National Guard, earning a Combat Medical Badge (CMB) and Combat Action Badge (CAB). During my enlistment, I trained deploying soldiers in combat lifesaver courses, equipping them with vital skills for the field. With over 13 years of EMT and current a BLS certification, I transitioned to Hyperbaric+—a move shaped by my own health journey. Exposed to burn pits overseas, I faced significant lung challenges that improved dramatically through hyperbaric therapy. Having experienced its benefits firsthand, I am a strong advocate for the body’s own regenerative power, particularly through stem cell activation. I am passionate about helping others tap into this potential. Outside work, I enjoy conversations on health, current events, and more—building connections comes naturally to me. From battlefield medic to hyperbaric specialist, my career reflects a dedication to service and a belief in healing from within. I also enjoy fishing, shooting guns, playing video games with friends, and spending time with my wonderful wife Tara and our two cats, Frank, and Jesse.
